Wiley Hicks, Jr. started Wiley Hicks, Jr., General Contractor in Amarillo in 1961 and operated under that name until 1976. At that time he incorporated becoming Wiley Hicks, Jr., Inc. In 1993 James P. Hicks purchased the company and acted as President until 2019 when the Company was purchased by Wiley Hicks III.  During our history Wiley Hicks, Jr., Inc. has been blessed to maintain our continuity through our long time employees.
